Instructions for submitting an ACHRA Nomination


A complete ACHRA nomination has the following components:

  • ACHRA Nomination Form
  • Narrative Summary
  • Reference Letters
  • Supporting Documentation

 

Step One - Review Rules and Regulation:

Review General Rules and Regulations

The person/organization you are nominating must be aware of the nomination. Please be sure they are advised before completing the nomination form.

Step Two - ACHRA Nomination Submission

Complete the ACHRA Nomination Form (Click "Nomination Form" button below)

Submit the following documentation with the nomination form:

  • One letter of support from CEO, VP, union representative, etc.
  • Either two reference letters, or two references who can be contacted by a member of the judging panel (please ensure both phone and email contact information is provided)
  • Additional supporting material (i.e. form, brochure, communication material, etc.)

Submission deadline is 5:00 pm, June 25, 2010.
